Reviewer Permissions
Reviewers (via magic link) can:
✅ Read the document
✅ Add inline comments on specific text
✅ Reply to comment threads
✅ Approve the document
✅ Request changes with feedback
Reviewers cannot:
❌ Edit the document content
❌ Delete other people's comments
❌ Change the workflow or add other reviewers
❌ Access other documents in your workspace
Document Owner Permissions
As the document owner, you have full control:
Upload and edit documents
Set up approval workflows
Add and remove reviewers
Resolve comments
Upload revisions
View the complete activity and audit trail
